California. The U.S. team lost to the team from

Spring Creek MX Park in Minnesota, where Ron Lechien
(125cc), Bob Hannah (250cc) and David Bailey (500cc) took
the wins... Ricky Graham outdueled Bubba Shobert to
win the Peoria TT... Freddie Spencer won the 500cc GP at
Silverstone and clinched the 250cc World Championship.
