he scenic hillsides of the Pacific
Northwest provided the backdrop
for round eight of the 2025 AMA
Pro Motocross Championship at Wash-
ougal Motocross Park in Washougal,
Washington. Nestled within lush nation-
al forests, the Washougal track is one
of the most picturesque on the circuit,
but don't let the peaceful postcard views
deceive you, because when the gate
drops, the battle begins. With Washou-
gal serving as the final round before the
midseason break, everyone was eager
to make a statement. In the end, Chase
Sexton stopped Jett Lawrence's at
-
tempt at another perfect 450MX overall
season, while Jo Shimoda secured his
second overall 250MX win of the year.
