MV Agusta Returns to Full Independence M V Agusta Motor S.p.A. announces the success- ful closing of the transaction that returns 100 percent ownership of the company to Art of Mobility, reaffirming its strategic independence and long-term vision. The two-year partnership with KTM AG brought mean - ingful contributions in areas such as dealer network development and production technologies. As part of a smooth transition, certain operational functions will continue to be jointly man - aged to ensure continuity and efficiency until the end of the financial year. With this new chapter, Art of Mobil - ity confirms its full confidence in the MV Agusta leadership team and its vision for the future. In line with this strategic direction, Luca Martin has been appointed CEO of MV Agusta Motor S.p.A., following his previous roles as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO; Filippo Bassoli is confirmed as Board Member and Chief Brand & Marketing Offi - cer; Timur Sardarov and Ratmir Sardarov will serve as non-executive Directors, represent- ing Art of Mobility, and Hubert Trunkenpolz is confirmed as Chairman of the MV Agusta Board of Directors.
