Cochran Out With Injury R ockstar Energy GasGas Factory Racing's Casey Co- chran will miss the rest of the 2025 Pro Motocross season due to suffering a shoulder injury during qualify- ing at the Southwick round. He is scheduled for surgery this week to repair ligament damage, marking the early conclusion of his outdoor season. Cochran's Pro Motocross campaign began with a comeback from a broken femur that had ruled him out of the 2025 AMA Supercross season. Despite limited time on the bike in the lead-up, he scored two top 10 fin - ishes across the opening four rounds, but his breakout ride came in round two at Hangtown, where he led five laps of moto one and grabbed the holeshot in moto two. "It's a tough break for Casey, especially after the adversity he's already battled with the injury he sus- tained prior to Supercross," said Team Manager Sean Murphy. "He's shown incredible determination, and we were looking forward to getting a full outdoor season under his belt, but Casey is an extremely determined rider, and we're confident he will put in the work to get back on the bike as soon as he can." CN WIND IN THE P36 Rockstar Energy GasGas Factory Racing's Casey Cochran suffered another injury setback. Herlings Sidelined Again R ed Bull KTM Factory Racing's Jef- frey Herlings, winner of the German and Latvian Grands Prix this season, will miss the Finnish Motocross Grand Prix on July 12-13. Herlings suffered a broken right collarbone while completing a team training session at Arnhem last week. After careful checks and diagnosis in the Netherlands, Herlings was advised to initially try a natural healing process, as opposed to surgery, which will be analyzed further this week. The Dutchman entered the campaign late after recovering from a right-knee reconstruction during the winter but has already gathered enough points to sit sixth in the championship standings. He and the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team will assess his recovery on a daily basis to plan a return to action. CN Jeffrey Herlings suffered a broken collarbone during training and will sit out the upcoming Finnish MXGP.
