trading places with Arenas
before making his move stick.
As the laps wound down, Gonza-
lez's relentless pace saw him
pull a
gap of over a second with
four laps to go, leaving Arenas
to settle for second.
The battle for third was brutal.
Canet and Moreira engaged
in an elbows-out scrap that
allowed Celestino Vietti (Beta
Tools SpeedUp) to join the fight
on the final lap. Despite the
pressure, Canet clung to third
at the flag. Moreira took fourth
ahead of local favorite Vietti in
fifth.

finished sixth and seventh, with

nine-point advantage over Canet
in the standings, 143 to 134.
