sneyder, third on the Reparto Corse MV Agusta. Championship points leader Stefano Manzi (Pata Ten Kate Racing Yamaha) went from the fourth row of the grid in the 10th spot to the race lead in no time on Saturday in a full distance 18-lap race. He had to fight for his race win to the very end, but he was cunning enough to have a five-tenths of a second advan - tage over second-placed rider Masia and a full second over another potential winner, third- placed Can Oncu (Yamaha bLU cRU Evan Bros Racing). Valentin Debise (Renzi Corse Ducati) missed out on the po - dium by 0.055 of a second, while Tom Booth-Amos (PTR Triumph Factory Racing) placed fifth. Race two was far from a cun- ning plan for Manzi, as he lost the front of the Yamaha with a small pack of similarly fast rid - ers on his tail. The second race win went to Oncu as a result, with Masia a close second and Debise third. After Kaito Toba was spat off his Honda in a very old-fashioned highside, he lay trackside for long enough for a red flag to be thrown. That froze the results after 13 laps and allowed for yet another rendition of the Turkish national anthem in honor of Oncu. Manzi's indiscretion in race one counts for little as it stands (as he retains the points lead), especially as Tom Booth-Amos crashed his Triumph—one of many top riders to feel the heat and concrete dust at Misano. Marcel Schroetter, Lucas Mahias, Corentin Perolari were among several other riders who DNFed out of the race through falls on the greasy tarmac. Manzi still leads by a strong 47 points over Oncu, 210 to 163, with Bendsneyder third on 156. Gordon Ritchie WorldSBK Race One (Top 10) 1. Toprak Razgatlioglu (BMW) 2. Nicolo Bulega (Duc) 3.
