Waters Seals Morgan Park ASBK Win J osh Waters put an end to his "bogey track" reputation by securing the overall win at round four of the 2025 mi-bike Motorcycle Insurance Australian Superbike Championship pre - sented by Motul (ASBK), held at Morgan Park Raceway in War- wick, Queensland, on June 15. The defending SW-Motech Superbike champion delivered a win and second place finish aboard his McMartin Racing Ducati. Broc Pearson (Desmo - Sport Ducati) claimed second overall with second- and third- place finishes, while Anthony West (Addicted to Track Ya- maha) rounded out the overall podium with third- and fourth- place finishes. Race one saw high drama early on when local expert Mike Jones (Yamaha Racing Team) retired on lap four due to me - chanical failure, giving Waters a clear path to the win. Jones rebounded with a commanding victory in race two—his third win at Morgan Park in his last four starts—but he now trails Waters by 53 points in the standings (215 to 162) at the champion - ship's halfway point. "I'm just so happy with how this round went," Waters said. "Morgan Park hasn't been kind to me in the past, so to take pole, win race one, finish second in race two, and get the overall— it feels amazing." CN OVERALL (Top 3) 1. Josh Waters (Duc) 1-2 2. Broc Pearson (Duc) 2-3 3. Anthony West (Yam) 3-4 WIND IN THE P62 Josh Waters (1) put the demons to rest with the overall win at Morgan Park in the latest Australian Superbike Championship round.
