Up front, Alex Marquez stayed
flawless, pulling away from
Marc to claim his first Sprint
win since 2023 and end Marc's
streak. Marc finished second,
with Diggia returning to the
podium.
Bezzecchi's superb comeback
earned him fourth, Zarco took
fifth, and Bagnaia barely held
off Quartararo for sixth. Pedro
Acosta (Red Bull KTM) surged
late to take eighth, at the ex-
pense of rookie Fermin Aldeguer
(BK8
Gresini Ducati), who was
elbowed back out of the points.
Jack Miller (Prima Pramac Ya-
maha) and Luca Marini (Honda
HRC Castrol)
rounded out the
top 10.
SUNDAY
MOTOGP RACE
The Sunday GP started with a
bang—literally—for Alex Mar-
quez, who jumped off at turn
one
at very high speed after
locking the front of the Gresini
Ducati and sliding into the air
fence.
Marc Marquez then led
Quartararo and Bagnaia, but as
he's done two times already in
2025, Marquez lost the front
and slid off the factory Ducati,
headbutting the foam barriers at
80 mph and seemingly knocking
himself out of the race. Then,
a crashing Aleix Espargaro's
(Honda HRC Castrol) machine
collected a furious Franco
Morbidelli (VR46 Ducati), the
Italian's Ducati spilling fluid on
the track and causing a red flag.
