MOTO3 RACE
Jose Antonio Rueda (Red Bull
KTM Ajo) delivered a sensa-
tional third straight win in 2025,
joining
an elite group of rid-
ers—Marc Marquez, Brad Binder
and
David Alonso—who've won
a Moto3 race from the back of
the grid. Despite taking pole,
Rueda was penalized in Q2 for
slowing on track, forcing him to
start last. Undeterred, he carved
through the field and emerged
victorious after a last-lap battle.
Rueda made steady progress,
joining the lead group by lap
four and taking control with five
laps remaining. But rookie Maxi

mo Quiles (CFMOTO Valresa As-
Salac (Elf Marc VDS Racing
Team), Joe Roberts
(Ameri-
can Racing Team), teammate
Marcos
Ramirez, and Alonso
Lopez (Beta Tools SpeedRS
Team) completed the top ten.
Home hero Jake Dixon originally
crossed ninth but was demoted
to 11th after a late penalty.
In the points, Gonzalez still
leads, but only by three points
from Canet, 111 to 108, with
Dixon third on 82.
wound down, Canet tried to
break free, but Alonso reeled
him back in, setting up a frantic
final lap.
At turn six, Alonso briefly led,
but Canet dived late at the chi

cane, running wide. Agius seized
the moment, slicing through
to
take the lead. In the final corner,
Moreira barged Alonso aside
for second, while Alonso still
managed to beat Canet to the
podium in what must have felt
like a robbery after leading the
race for so long. Agius's brilliant
timing sealed the win.
Guevara finished fifth, with
Celestino Vietti (Beta Tools
SpeedRS Team) storming to
sixth from 19th on the grid.
