back. Going into moto two, the track got drier and rougher, so I think we missed the setup a little bit. We need to be smarter there." Recently crowned Supercross Champion Cooper Webb had two solid rides, but his first moto was cut short by a me - chanical. "I was riding well and then unfortunately had that bike issue," Webb said of the first moto. "That was a bit of a bum- mer, but that happens in racing." After rebuilding his bike's engine, Webb came back and rode well again and finished seventh. "I had a terrible outside gate [because of his first-moto DNF], so I wasn't able to get a good start, but I made my way through the pack and battled with the World champ [Jorge Prado] again all moto, and then Jason [Anderson] there at the end. I was happy with that." The 450MX Championship was rocked early when the de - fending champ, Chase Sexton, trating to end the day like that, but happy to be on the podium." Plessinger took fourth on the day with 5-3 scores. "We put the scoop tire on for moto two because I was lacking that thing in the first one, but it got me off to a great start in that last race," Plessinger said.
