AltRider has produced Reinforcement Bars to
strengthen the OEM crash bars on BMW R 1300 GS/
GSA models. Constructed from 1-inch-diameter
stainless-steel tubing, the Reinforcement Bars
mount to the OEM bars with full-wrap two-part
high-strength alloy industrial clamps attached to
3/16-inch-thick mounting flanges. An engine through
bolt connects the Reinforcement Bars, strengthening
the OEM crash bars' structure. AltRider's
Reinforcement Bars are available in a
silver shot-peen finish, and stainless-
steel installation hardware is included.
