DAVIES DOWN
Cole Davies and Jordon Smith
collided during the first timed
qualifying session on Saturday
morning. Both riders went down
in what was a scary-looking
crash, with Davies ultimately be-
ing transported to the local hospi-
tal, where he was diagnosed with
a broken nose and a broken arm.
Smith lined up for the heat race
but opted not to race the main
event due to a large hematoma
on his back. Davies was award-
ed the 2025 250SX Rookie of
the Year.
CHISHOLM'S LAST
Kyle Chisholm announced earlier
this year that 2025 would be
his final full-time professional
season racing Supercross. The
veteran competitor raced his first
Supercross season back in 2006
and still managed a 14th-place
result on Saturday night, nearly
20 years later. He earned 17th
overall in the Championship
standings.
THREE TIME
Cooper Webb now joins an elite
group of riders with three or more
Supercross titles. Rick Johnson,
Bob Hannah, Ryan Dungey,
Ryan Villopoto, Ricky Carmi-
chael and Jeremy McGrath are
the only other riders in the sport's
history to complete such a feat.
James Stewart, Chad Reed
and Eli Tomac have two titles to
their name. So where does that
put Webb on your Moto Mount
Rushmore?

Malcolm Stewart battled his way
to second but came up just
short of third overall.
Malcolm Stewart ended the
season on a high note in sec-
ond place. The Rockstar Energy
Husqvarna
rider nearly won his
heat race behind training partner
Aaron Plessinger, which set the
tone for his charge in the main
event. Stewart was another
rider duking it out for third in
points and needed an edge over
Justin Cooper to finish on the
overall podium. To the crowd's
approval, "Mookie" marched his
way through the field and used
his blazing-fast whoop speed to
his advantage. A second on the
night marks his third podium of
the year, after a win in Tampa
and a second in Indianapolis.

cross season with a strong re-
sult but still came up four points
Justin Cooper,
found himself
battling for a podium position.
Webb's tactical racecraft paid
off, as he clinched the title two
points ahead of Sexton.
"I was fired up at the begin
-
ning and wanted to go get a win,"
Webb said.
"But then it settles in
and you're like, 'Alright, just don't
mess this up.' It was a great race,
and I put myself in a position
to cruise in. You want to be in
attack mode, but I gave myself
that buffer and that opportunity.
Those two behind me were
battling for third in the champi

onship, so once I knew where
everything
was playing out, I kind
of rolled over a bit and took my
fourth. Then everyone's happy: J
Coop gets his third, and I get my
first. It's a win-win for everybody."
but I think I became a much
more complete rider this year."
Webb may not have won the
battle, but he secured the war
with a safe fourth-place finish,
earning him his third 450SX
Championship. He kicked off
the main event with a strong
pace, taking over the lead on the
opening lap. He needed a fifth-
place finish or better to clinch
the title but eventually surren

five. The points leader later

closing stages as his teammate,
