We put the new rider (Walker),
whose only motorized experience
is a 16-inch Stacyc, on the bike
first, and despite having a long
reach to the ground, he took off on
his own in the lowest power setting
and continued non-stop for about
15 minutes. Even on the default
middle setting, the throttle sensitiv

ity allowed the little guy to control
the bike even
in some slow, rocky
corners. As his confidence grew,
he quickly ventured up some steep
hills further from our desert camp

site and wore his dad out trying to
keep up on foot. Having
