Golden Glover
Broc Glover, who started and ended his
illustrious racing career with Yamaha,
began his 125cc MX title defense on
a winning note at Hangtown in 1979.
Glover won the first moto but left tied on
first-place points with Brian Myerscough
after trading 1-3 moto scores with the
Suzuki rider. Glover went on to win the
title for the third straight year.
