Fantic: Coming To America T he Italian manufacturer, Fantic Motor, will soon begin importing motorcycles to the U.S., starting with two off-road models, the XE 300 two- stroke and XEF 250 TL four-stroke. The Fantic's premium racer, the XE 300, features an electric start, fuel injection, oil injection, 10 modes of traction control, and two different maps. The XEF 250 TL is also fuel- injected and is "the ultimate racing starter for enduro trails suitable for all ages and levels of riders," says Fantic. Fantic USA will be the official importer of Fantic Motor, which National Sales Manager Gary Hazel will lead. "I am thrilled and honored to join the Fantic brand," said Hazel. "The foundation they have established is impressive, and I am excited to build upon the brand in the USA." Central Powersports Distribution (CPD) will handle all logistics from its Marshall, Texas, location. "With CPD's expert support team's knowl - edge of off-road OEMs like Rieju, AJP and EM, Fantic is well-positioned to offer outstanding products and services to our dealer partners with CPD's logistics, and I look forward to us delivering unparalleled value to the new Fantic partners and customers," said Hazel.
