second on the ،92 GNCC series. Palermo bettered Bob Ellis by two minutes, while series rival John Vincent clocked in almost one more minute later. Gene Onail won the 250cc A class for the ninth time. Onail has already clinched the class title but still went on the attack at Starvation Point. He beat Brian Keegan by nearly five minutes. Eric Weiland finished third on the day. In the 200cc A class Pennsylvania's Tominello, a 23-year-old Kawasaki rider, won for the fifth time this season and edged closer to clinching the series class title from close rival Chad Froman. Froman finished just eleven seconds behind Tominello in the shortened race. Jeff Lautii finished third. Steve Holbert, a renowned cross coun try quadcycle racer, proved his versatility by winning the Four-Stroke A class for the second time this season. Holbert topped Jared Green by less than a minute in recording the win. Mike Dechard finished third. The top Vet A rider on the day was Tim Shephard, marking his sixth trip to the winner's circle so far this season. Kawasaki-mounted Jeff Murgel was sec ond in the final tally with Rick Kresic nail ing down third-place honors. Joseph Hull led everyone past the checkered flag in the Senior A (+40) class on his Yamaha WR250. Hull bettered Terry Mealer by just over two minutes to register his fourth win of the series. Alan Brutto ran third on a Kawasaki. Joe Lojak powered his way to the Senior +45 victory aboard a Yamaha WR 250. Lojak topped his main rival John Gallagher, by a considerable margin en route to a class title-clinching seventh win of the series. Dave Dehner placed third.
