A bold turn-12 lunge saw Piqueras reclaim the lead, with Fernandez also slipping past Rueda before the checkered flag. Taiyo Furusato (Honda Team Asia) initially finished fourth ahead of Bertelle but was demoted for exceeding track limits. Almansa secured a career-best sixth, followed by Luca Lunetta (SIC58 Squadra Corse) in seventh. Joel Kelso (LevelUp – MTA Team) recov - ered to eighth despite serving two long-lap penalties. Yamanaka and Stefano Nepa (SIC58 Squadra Corse) com - pleted the top 10. Home hero Angel Piqueras (36) snatched the lead away from Jose Antonio Rueda (99) on the penultimate corner to take the Moto3 win. Valentin Perrone (Red Bull KTM Tech3) crashed on the final lap, ending a promising weekend in disappointment. The series points have Rueda leading on 41 from Fernandez's 36 and Piqueras's 29.
