Binder (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) crashed on lap one after contact with Franco Morbidelli (Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team). Binder's teammate, Pedro Acosta, moved up to fourth, just ahead of Fabio Quartararo (Mon- ster Energy Yamaha MotoGP). The Marquez brothers gradual- ly pulled ahead, with Alex trailing Marc by two-tenths of a second on lap four, while Bagnaia sat 1.3 seconds behind. Acosta still ran fourth but had Zarco pres- suring him. At halfway, Marc and Alex were lapping in the 1:37.7s, with Bagnaia slightly slower. By the next lap, he dropped into the 1:38s, leaving the Marquez duo to battle for victory. With four laps to go, Alex was three-tenths of a sec- ond behind but began losing ground. The gap widened to seven-tenths of a second with two laps left, and Marc held firm to secure his third win of the season following the Thai double. Alex finished nine- tenths of a second behind, while Bagnaia took crucial points in third. Zarco recovered from his slow start to claim fourth, the best Honda result of the season thus far, and just 1.1 seconds behind Bagnaia.
