Super Hooligan National Championship The Super Hooligan National Championship roared into action at Daytona with two thrilling races, proving that if you weren't riding a Harley-Davidson Pan America, you were in for a challenge. In race one, reigning series champion Cory West outmaneu - vered his Saddlemen Race Devel- opment Harley-Davidson team- mate, Travis Wyman, to take the victory. For Wyman, it marked a long-awaited milestone—his first Daytona podium after more than a decade of attempts. Race two was an all-out brawl. Saddlemen's third rider, Jake Lewis, squeezed his towering six-foot-four frame into the tight - result in his Mission King Of The Baggers debut. "I was confident because all five of these wins, I've led out of the chicane," Wyman said. "Lead- ing the 200, two out of three of the XR wins, I led out of the chi- cane. So, it's not all what every- body kind of worries [about]. It's how you get around the banking, how you place yourself, how you use the banking to your advan- tage to get a better run when the track flattens out. There's a lot of things that I've learned over the course of 16 years coming here, and then flat track before that." Wyman jumps out to an early lead in the championship points over Herfoss, 50 points to 28, with Bradley Smith third on 26. His S&S/Indian Motorcycle teammate, Tyler O'Hara, finished fourth, completing a strong showing for the team. RevZilla/Motul/Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson's Rocco Land- ers rounded out the top five, finishing three seconds ahead of his teammate Hayden Gil- lim. Meanwhile, Friday's fourth- place finisher, Kyle Ohnsorg, took seventh aboard his TAB Performance Indian Challenger, finishing comfortably ahead of Saddlemen Race Development's Jake Lewis and Cory West. Bradley Smith of Harley-Da- vidson x Dynojet Factory Racing endured a crash but still man- aged to finish 10th—just a day after securing a second-place DAYTONA 200 / MARCH 5-7, 2025 DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY / DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA ROAD RACE I MOTOAMERICA NORTH AMERICAN ROAD RACING CHAMPIONSHIP P92 West (1) led the way to victory in the first Super Hooligans race.
