night. But after a poor qualifying
position and a sixth-place finish
in race one, things didn't look
promising for the number two.
"The first one was honestly
just a bad start," Webb said. "I
rode great; I just went way too
wide in the first turn and got
pushed and came out 11th or
12th, and you just can't do that
in a Triple Crown. I knew I had to

6TH (6-8-4) 250SX WEST
Julien Beaumer lost the points lead
after finishing sixth overall in Arling-
ton. "It was a tough night," he said.
"A crash in practice dislocated my
shoulder, and I just had to manage
things from there. My riding wasn't
the greatest, but all we can do is shift
our focus and get ready for Indy. We'll
get the shoulder checked out this
week."

7TH (4-17-1) 250SX
WEST
Cole Davies qualified fastest and lat-
er ended the night with a win in race
three. "I came into the night show
confident, but it's just been downhill
from there. I struggled in the first
race. In the second one, I went down
on the start, then I got run over, then
crashed again, and my bike landed
on my ankle. I was a bit banged up
going into the last one, but I reset
and regrouped. I had 17th gate pick,
and I had to make that work. I came
out in second; it was a pretty good
start from out there. It was a good
regroup and a good last moto."
It's two wins in a row
for Cooper Webb.
He's now the sole
points leader.
