ROUND 5 / FEBRUARY 8, 2025 RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM | TAMPA, FLORIDA SUPERCROSS I MONSTER ENERGY AMA SUPERCROSS / SUPERMOTOCROSS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP P66 47 LEVI KITCHEN 9TH 250SX EAST Levi Kitchen, a preseason favor- ite, didn't have a great start to the season. Slated to ride the West Championship, a health issue moved him to the East Championship. "The time off helped give me a break, and I feel much better now, although today could have gone a little bit differently for me. Qualifying wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. In the heat race, I had to make a quick stop in the mechan- ics' area with a bike issue, and that set me up for a poor gate pick. I did not execute my start in the main, and then I crashed in the sand section, so I was quite a ways back. I just tried to make do with what I had. I'm not happy with my performance." 83 AUSTIN FORKNER 17TH 250SX EAST Austin Forkner made his debut ride on the Triumph but crashed and later finished 17th. "I woke up this morning with some sort of sickness," he said. "Every single time I got on the track, I was better, which is positive. I was in seventh in the main and satisfied. I made one little mistake in the sand, and then someone ran it up the inside of me MYOWNRACE Stewart made up crucial time all night in the whoop section.
