challenges and opportunities, as
well as the latest on ever-chang-
ing best business practices for
retailers, plus special Tech Talks
and a show-wrapping Open Mic
morning with exhibitors and
registered dealers sharing their
views.
The show kicked off Wednes
-
day morning with an OEM media
tour that included Suzuki, Moto
Morini, Piaggio Group Ameri
-
cas, KTM North America (and
Husqvarna, MV Agusta and Gas-
Gas), Zero Motorcycles, Royal
Enfield and Segway.
One of the highlights of the
show was Moto Morini taking
the covers off its new 750cc, 90°
V-twin Corsaro GT, which fits into
the naked and sport model cat
-
egories. Moto Morini says it is a
"touring crossover that redefines
two-wheeled travel."
ProTaper, widely known for its
premium line of handlebars, grips,
controls and sprockets, among
other items, announced that it
is now in the business of selling
tires—its own tires. The ProTaper
SMX 04 line of knobby rubber is
budget friendly and aimed at the
weekend-warrior motocrosser and
trail enthusiast. The ProTaper tires
will come in several popular sizes
with a retail price expected to be
in the sub-$100 range.
As successful as this year's
AIMExpo was, the show will be
changing location for next year.
The 2026 AIMExpo will be held
in Anaheim, California. The dates
and venue have not been offi
-
cially announced.
