Eli Tomac's win in San Diego
marked his 11th consecutive year
with at least one win in Super-
cross. Until San Diego, he was
tied on 10 with James Stewart.
With his 53rd career Supercross
win, Tomac is second on the all-
time Supercross win list.

Stilez Robertson did not line up
for the night show after straining
his wrist in qualifying... The AEO
Powersports KTM team had a
tough day/night. Talon Hawkins
sustained a broken femur, Avery
Long crashed out of the 250 LCQ
and Lux Turner DNF'd the main

Circuit Kawasaki's Ty Masterpool
crashed in the 250SX main and
withdrew from the race... Phoenix
Honda's Evan Ferry, who suf-
fered a torn Achilles tendon at
A1, will sit out the rest of the Su-
percross series... Team Solitaire
Heartbeat Hot Sauce Yamaha's
Derek Kelley, who had a spectac-
ular crash during practice at A1,
did not suit up in San Diego with
hip, thigh and ankle injuries. He's
hoping to be back for A2... On lap
six, Cooper Webb set the quick-
est lap time of the race with a
53.210; next best was Eli Tomac
on lap 15 with a 52.323... Haiden
Deegan had the quickest lap time
in the 250SX main with a 53.512
and Coty Schock was the second
quickest with a 53.749.

"I'm happy," Webb said. "I left it all out there
and didn't have much more. It's pretty evi-
dent I still need to be faster, but we'll work on
that. I'm happy with the bike; I nailed my start
and being on the podium is always a great
achievement, especially with these two guys."
Roczen finished a close fourth after battling
with Webb for most of the race. A second and
a fourth keeps him third in points, just two out

way to the front.
