AMA West Hare Scrambles Round Change
T
he venue of the second round
of the AMA West Hare Scram-
bles Championship has been
changed.
Initially scheduled in Lake
Isabella, California, on February
15-16, the race will now be held at
Fox Raceway in Pala, California, on
the same date.
In a statement from the WHS:
"Due to various motorcycle
groups and enthusiasts blocking
us from obtaining our public-land
permit for the originally planned
round two in Lake Isabella,
California, we have secured Fox
Raceway in Pala, California, as the
new location. Like Lake Isabella,
this round will bring rocky single-
track, and a damn good time at a
world-renowned location. We are
grateful for Fox Raceway's sup
-
port in this pivot and look forward
to a very cool round two on Febru-
ary 15-16."
