strong at the end of the motos,
so I just kept putting my laps in.
The track got slick there at the
end, so I actually backed it down
a bit and just tried to make
smart decisions."
DiFrancesco's fourth marked
his career-best Supercross fin-
ish by four positions.
Haiden Deegan's
first-lap
crash forced him to claw
through the field in the 15-lap
main event. The defending
250SMX Champion fought back
to fifth and made a decisive
pass in the final turn on the
last lap by jumping over Coty
Schock.
"I'm not really happy, but it's
better than last year," Deegan
reasoned.
Schock took sixth ahead
of Anthony Bourdon and Su-
percross rookie, Cole Davies.
Garrett
Marchbanks grabbed
the holeshot but later fell and
finished ninth. Cole Thompson
rounded out the top 10.
