KTM Full Steam Ahead for 2025 SuperMotocross D espite its recent financial struggles, KTM confirmed that its Red Bull Factory Racing Team is focused on the 2025 AMA SuperMotocross Championship, which includes AMA Supercross (450 and 250cc), AMA Pro Moto - cross and the SMX Finals. The team's 450cc riders will again be made up of Chase Sexton and Scott Plessinger, and its 250cc team includes Tom Vialle and 2024 250SX and 250MX Rookie of the Year Julien Beaumer. "We've had a good off-season to prepare so far, and we are ready to start our second year with Chase, so hopefully we can expand on our success and get even better with him for 2025," said Team Manager Ian Harrison. "Aaron had his best season ever this past year, and the plan is to improve on that, too. Tom is the defending champion in 250SX East; it will be great to see the number one on our bike when the Eastern region [250SX East] begins. Julien is going into his second season with us, so we are hoping that after a strong preseason, he will be in a position to really shine also. It's always an exciting time leading up to Anaheim 1 and we are ready for the challenge ahead." Sexton said he took a sig - nificant break off the bike but is ready to get back to business again. "We're getting close to the season now, and I had a good off-season," said Sexton. "[I] took around five weeks off of the bike, so I feel refreshed, and we've made a lot of progress—com - pared to last year, I'm in a much better spot for 2025. The goal this season is to win more races than last year, so I feel good, and I'm ready to start the season." Plessinger is as enthusiastic as ever. "I'm super-stoked for the 2025 season," he said. "I'm ready to start where we left off in Supercross last year, where I won my first main event, and I only think we're going to get bet - ter this year. The bike's good, I'm feeling strong both physically and mentally, so I'm ready to show these guys that I'm here to stick around and that it ain't no game. I'm ready to see the fans and have a good time doing it!" CN WIND IN THE P36 KTM says it's business as usual in AMA SuperMotocross in 2025.
