Progressive AFT Unveils New Race Format
S
elect doubleheaders of the
2025 American Flat Track
season (Lima Half-Mile I, Jack-
pine Gypsies Short Track I,
Springfield Mile I) will feature a
Triple Challenge that will include
a 10-lap sprint race followed by
a double-points-paying race and
then a triple-points-paying race.
Here's how it works: In race
one, a 10-lap sprint determines
the grid for race two and awards
23 points for first place, 19 for
second, and so on. In the 15-lap
second race, points are doubled
(46 for first, 38 for second, etc.),
and the results determine the
grid for the third and final race.
The 20-lap final triples the
points from race one (69 for
first, 57 for second, etc.), and
the overall winner is the one
with the highest total of points
in each class. If there is a tie in
overall points at the end, the win
is awarded to the racer with the
best finishing position in race
three.
The Triple Challenge kicks off
at round seven on Friday, June
27, at the Allen County Fair

2025 AMA National Enduro Calendar Released
T
he 2025 AMA National Enduro Series will con-
sist of nine rounds at its usual locations but in
a slightly changed order from the 2024 season.
Plus, round nine, the Muddobbers
National Enduro in Matthews, Indiana,
will fall on a Saturday instead of a
Sunday, on October 4, since the final
day of the Motocross of Nations is planned for
October 5 in Crawfordsville, just a few hours' drive
away.
