Bulega won the 20-lap race, his teammate Alvaro Bau- tista crashed twice, and Toprak settled for second. Toprak had some extravagant celebrations, but he did such a long rolling burnout down pitlane that he popped the rear tire and had to clank and clatter his way onto the red carpet that leads to parc ferme for the top three riders. Third was Andrea Locatelli on the Pata Prometeon Yamaha, riding like a demon to stay ahead of the shadowing Alex Lowes (Kawasaki Racing Team). Behind the top two in the final race was the determined figure of Michael van der Mark on the second BMW, who finally joined Razgatlioglu on the podium this year. He had won a race earlier in the year, but in the absence of Razgatlioglu. In the final analysis, Razgatlio - glu ended 2024 with 527 points, Bulega 484, Bautista 357, Lowes 315 and Petrucci with 307. WorldSSP Adrian Huertas was third in WorldSSP's first race, and that was enough to give him the cham - pionship win for Aruba Ducati. Coming into the final round with a massive points advantage had guaranteed him the title VOLUME ISSUE OCTOBER , P45 Stefano Manzi (62) gave the R6 a fitting send-off with double WorldSSP race wins.
