positions, but Ortola crashed
out with two laps to go, leaving
Alonso with a four-tenths of a
second lead over Fernandez

final lap, Alonso maintained his
advantage, winning the race
and securing the Moto3 World
Championship, his 10th victory
of the year and a record-break

ing 14th in Moto3.
Veijer claimed second, beat-
ing Fernandez on the final lap.
Holgado's
fourth ended his title
hopes, with Rueda completing
