Grand Prix Start at
the Nurburgring
Kevin Schwantz (34) and Mick Doohan
(9) both got a great start in the West
German Grand Prix at the Nurburgring
in May of 1990. Riders took a wide
variety of lines into the first turn with
Niall Mackenzie (7) on the extreme inside
and Pierfrancesco Chili (5) taking a wide
entry. Schwantz took victory that day
over Wayne Rainey (2) and Mackenzie.
