The upscale "S" version gets higher-end
Öhlins NPX-300 (forks) and TTX 36 (rear shock)
suspensions, whereas the standard model retains
Showa's Big Piston Forks and Sachs shock. Both
systems are fully adjustable. The S also comes
with a Sachs steering damper.
The 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 retails for
$25,995, and the V4 S for $33,895.
