Feld Entertainment Names New CEO F eld Entertainment, Inc., the privately owned live entertain- ment company, which also pro- duces the Monster Energy AMA Supercross and the SuperMoto- cross World Championship, an- nounced that Juliette Feld Gross- man has been named the third CEO in the company's 57-year history, representing the third generation of Feld Family leader - ship. Stephen Yaros, Senior Vice President of Global Media and Supercross, has been named President of Feld Entertainment. Kenneth Feld will remain Chair of the Board of Directors. "I am honored to take on this role and build upon the strong foundation and legacy established by my father and grandfather," said Grossman. "I work with a remarkable team of associates, and it's in concert with them that we will continue to bring joy to our fans worldwide and position our company for the future." Current Chair and CEO Ken - neth Feld has guided Feld Entertainment through the past four decades. He first joined his father, Irvin Feld, in the family business in 1970. "We are in a strong position to implement this leadership transi - tion for the future of Feld Enter- tainment, as the past two years have been the most successful in our company's history," said Kenneth Feld. "I am confident that the extraordinary leadership and vision of Juliette, Steve, and our senior executive team will continue to produce exceptional results for the organization." Friends of Laguna Seca Activates Long-Term Concession Agreement O n August 1, the Friends of Laguna Seca issued a statement that it has satisfied all conditions required by the concession agreement with the County of Monterey and will now formally assume its long-term commitment to Laguna Seca Raceway and Recreation Area. The non-profit organization will now officially begin its 55-year operational plan of the Laguna Seca Raceway and Rec- reation Area to provide the lead- ership and resources required to restore, revitalize and reinvent Laguna Seca. "The Friends team has been squarely fo- cused on reaching this important milestone and providing a smooth transition of opera- tions," said Friends CEO Lauri Eberhart. "This wouldn't have been possible without the support of our volunteer board of directors, passionate donors, and the entire staff at WeatherTech Raceway at Laguna Seca. We now begin the next chapter in the amazing future of this iconic facility for the benefit of our local community and the motorsports world."
