Chris Carr celebrates winning
the Peoria TT for the seventh
consecutive time (and the eighth of
the previous nine races) alongside
Mike Hale and Scott Parker 20 years
ago. Carr went on to win the Peoria
TT 13 times, earning the nickname
the Prince of Peoria.
