he brilliance of Toprak
Razgatlioglu (ROKiT BMW
Motorrad WorldSBK Team)
was on display again as he com
-
pleted his third hat trick in a row
in the FIM WorldSBK Champion-
ship. For the third round in a row,
the BMW Turkish-born rider won
all three races over the weekend,
this time at the Autodrom Most
facility in the Czech Republic.
He's also won 10 races in a row
and notched his 130th podium
in WorldSBK, which equals Troy
Corser at the all-time spot.
Despite the many doubters,
who all have perfectly logical
explanations as to why he would
take some time to turn the BMW
around—if he could at all—
Razgatlioglu's smashing of the
previous track-best record with a
1'30.061 in Superpole qualifying
underlines his higher plane of
WorldSBK existence.
He was fully six-tenths of a
second faster than the next best
rider, Andrea Iannone (Team
GoEleven Ducati), but he was
still not satisfied, as he wanted
