P58 FIRST LOOK I 2025 BMW R 1300 GS ADVENTURE 2025 BMW T he all-new 2025 BMW R 1300 GS Adventure features Automated Shift Assistant (ASA), and a newly designed boxer engine, which debuted last year in the standard R 1300 GS, with bottom-mounted transmission and BMS ShiftCam technology. BMW claims it's the most powerful BMW boxer engine ever, with a claimed 145 horsepower at 7750 rpm. Seat height is adjustable from 34.3-35 inches. Even though the fuel tank looks drastically differ - ent, it still holds a generous 7.9 gallons. The new R 1300 GS Adven - ture's chassis has undergone significant changes compared to the previous model. It now features a sheet metal main frame and an aluminum lattice tube rear frame. These changes, along with the new EVO Tele - lever with flex element and re- vised EVO Paralever rear wheel guide, have "significantly im- proved the motorcycle's steering precision and riding stability," says BMW. The Adventure has 0.8 inches more wheel travel at both ends. Weight is a claimed 539 pounds with fuel. Pricing has not yet been an - nounced, but BMW states that the bike will be available in the fourth quarter of this year.
