"The first moto, I had to fight
pretty hard for that one," Kitchen
said. "Moto two, I just had to let
that one come to me. I fell on
the first lap and just slowly tried
to work my way up. It was fun
battling with Casey [Cochran].
He rode a great race. But yeah,
we got it done!".

sandy circuit of Spring Creek.
He inherited the lead in moto
one, but fiercely defended the
spot once he later came under
season-best result of seventh.
Phil Nicoletti, Harri Kullas, and
Malcolm Stewart rounded out
the top 10.
250MX
While Haiden Deegan established
his hold on the 250MX Cham-
pionship early on this season,
other contenders have
entered
the conversation in recent weeks.
Podiums and moto wins by riders
like Ty Masterpool, Chance Hy-
mas, Jo Shimoda and Tom Vialle
have
shown that this race isn't
over just yet. At Spring Creek,
however, it was Levi Kitchen tak-
