he all-new 2025 BMW
R 1300 GS Adventure
features Automated Shift
Assistant (ASA), and a newly
designed boxer engine, which
debuted last year in the standard
R 1300 GS, with bottom-mounted
transmission and BMS ShiftCam
technology. BMW claims it's
the most powerful BMW boxer
engine ever, with a claimed 145
horsepower at 7750 rpm.
Seat height is adjustable from
34.3-35 inches. Even though the
fuel tank looks drastically differ
-
ent, it still holds a generous 7.9
gallons.
The new R
1300 GS Adven

ture's chassis has undergone
significant
changes compared
to the previous model. It now
features a sheet metal main
frame and an aluminum lattice
tube rear frame. These changes,
along with the new EVO Tele
-
lever with flex element and re-
vised EVO Paralever rear wheel
guide, have
"significantly im-
proved the motorcycle's steering
precision and riding stability,"
says BMW. The Adventure has
0.8 inches more wheel travel at
both ends.
Weight is a claimed 539
pounds with fuel.
Pricing has not yet been an

nounced, but BMW states that
the bike will
be available in the
fourth quarter of this year.
