Race two was a case of all systems normal with blue skies making for a stroll in the sun for the number-two Ducati of Josh Herrin. Herrin is clearly growing in confidence and commanded the race by slicing past early leader Petersen, putting his head down and slamming home consis - tently faster lap times than the chasing pack in much the same fashion he did in race two at Road America. He would cross the line five seconds ahead of Fong for his 12th career Mo- toAmerica/AMA Superbike win. "Everything just clicked today, just like Road America," Herrin said.
