Karsmakers scored the overall win ahead of Rex Staten and Zdenek
Velky... In Europe, we reported on the Czech and German 500cc
MXGPs won by Roger DeCoster and Adolf Weil, respectively... We also
covered the 250 Dutch GP, which went to Sylvain Geboers.

the super-fast Aussie... Scott Parker claimed the win at the Lima
Half Mile... Yamaha's Rick Johnson nipped Kawasaki's Billy Liles at
the RedBud 250cc National MX in Michigan. JeŠ Ward and Johnny
O'Mara traded 125cc moto wins, with Ward getting the overall... We
covered the Yugoslavian GP won by Freddie Spencer... Mike Melton
won the St. Johns National Hare Scrambles in Pennsylvania.
