First of Her Kind
Mallory Dobbs (14) created a little slice
of history over the weekend by
becoming the first American woman
to score points in an FIM road racing
event during the inaugural round of
the FIM Women's Circuit Racing World
Championship (WorldWCR) at Misano in
Italy. Riding the Sekhmet Racing Yamaha
YZF-R7, Dobbs took 15th in race two,
etching her name in the record books.
