Inaugural Youth and Women's Trials
Championship in Oklahoma
T
he inaugural Central Re-
gional round of the Next Gen
MotoTrials Regional Champion-
ship Series took place on June
8-9 in Turley, Oklahoma, and
showcased youth riders from
ages 4 to 15, and women riders
of all ages. Next Gen MotoTrials
organizers have held Eastern
and Western Youth Regionals
annually and, for 2024, added
the Central Regional event for
the very first time.
In the Youth A0 class, the 15
and Under Expert class, David
Cunningham took the win and
the overall championship trophy,
with 85 points on Saturday and
84 points on Sunday. In the
Women's W1 class, it was Team
STRA's Abigail Buzzelli taking
the win each day and the overall
trophy, taking a narrow, three-
point win on Sunday against
Hailey Glueck.
The largest class of the week
-
end was the tightly-contested
Women's W3 class, with eight
riders. Podium positions on
Saturday were separated by only
three points and Sunday there
was a three-way tie. In the end,
it was Becky Owens taking both
wins and the overall.

Bou Wins In
Andorra
R
epsol Honda 's Toni Bou
claimed a fourth consecu-
tive win in the 2024 FIM TrialGP
Championship. Wins three and
four came in Andorra on June
8-9, where he dominated both
days of competition.
Bou and teammate Gabriel
Marcelli went 1-2 on Saturday.
GasGas Factory Racing's Jaime
Busto completed the podium
with third.
Bou won again on Sunday, but
positions two and three were
reversed, with Busto claiming
second and Marcelli third.
Bou leads the champion
-
ship with 80 points, followed by
Marcelli with 64 and Adam Raga
with 55. Bust is fourth with 48
points.
