When Alpinestars' MotoGP athletes crash or
damage a race suit, the suit is returned to
Alpinestars' R&D facility in Italy, where it is
thoroughly assessed and then is either repaired
or destroyed. Alpinestars has recovered the
shoulder protectors from these crashed leathers
and integrated them into the fronts of hats. Each
six-panel cotton cap is unique, with the protector
bearing the scars and scuffs collected by a
MotoGP racer. The caps are one of the six
offerings in AStars' new RSRV (reserve)
luxury streetwear line that are made
from materials salvaged from crashes
or racing deadstock materials.

Pro Circuit has released its replacement
throttle tubes for 2024 KTM 250/450 SX-
F, Husqvarna FC 250/450 and GasGas MC
250/450 models. The tubes are CNC-machined
from aluminum and the insides are Teflon-
coated to reduce friction, resulting in a
smoother twist of the throttle.
