VOLUME ISSUE JUNE , P57 all-new single-side spring fork and XTrig elastomeric handlebar mounts, engineered to minimize vibration and rider fatigue. Beta says the new ZF SHC Sachs fork is lighter in weight than the standard RR fork by using one spring on the right-side tube, including a preload adjuster, while all the fork compression and rebound damping is handled on the left side. "This single spring design is perfect for heavy enduro use by providing the rider with a more 'planted' feeling while riding," Beta claims. A new frame design has been adopted from the RR Race Edition and RX (moto - cross) models. The X-Pro series bikes also get upgraded brakes, including a new Nis- sin rear brake master cylinder to improve rear brake performance. "The new reservoir holds a larger volume of fluid, which helps cool the system down under extreme brak- ing," says Beta.
