Designed and developed for the new generation of more
powerful road bikes, Brembo's new GP4-MotoGP brake
caliper is machined from solid-billet aluminum, just like
the Brembo units used by MotoGP and WorldSBK racers.
Ventilation fins on the outer body and new racing pistons
help cool it down, and an oblique pad slide is engineered for
greater braking power with the same amount of force applied
to the lever. Its nickel-coating treatment not only improves
wear resistance and high-temperature performance, but it
also gives the caliper a polished, bright appearance.

pounds lighter than the stock unit
and increases both horsepower
and torque (5.7 percent in max
