Hot Lava
This section of trail, which wasn't
much of a trail at all, was one of the
highlights of the two-day Mauna
Kea 200 Enduro in 1984, which was
held on the Main Island of Hawaii.
Crossing this wide lava flow, still
hot and steamy, was a test of rider
stamina and ribbon following.
