American Joe
Joe Roberts is finally showing the speed
and consistency we all know he has. The
Californian took his third straight second
place at Jerez and now leads the Moto2
World Championship for the first time in
his career. He's the first American leader
of a GP championship since the late Nicky
Hayden was champion in 2006, and,
what's more, Joe's points score is 69,
Nicky's immortal race number. Spooky.
