Arai's new dual-sport XD-5 helmet has a wider
opening for easier on/off and a new VAS-A
faceshield system with more surface area to
glance off impact energy. The pinlock-ready
faceshield is now easier to swap without
the need for tools, and it is removeable
so the helmet can be configured for
using goggles when riding off-road. The
XD-5's shell is ready for adding comms, and its
peak is removable for better aerodynamics when
riding on pavement.

The Axial 2 Boots are the newest iteration of
Dainese's top-of-the-line racing boots and are the
same as the boots worn on the track by Dainese's
MotoGP racers. The boots use Dainese's Axial
Distortion Control System in Kevlar carbon to
protect the feet, and Velcro at the shins secures
them to the inner legs of Dainese racing suits.
They have Groundtrax racing soles, replaceable
magnesium sliders and internal lacing. The outer
zipper fastening system is conveniently located
at the rear of the boots.
