W
hen the going gets tough, the tough get
going. That's exactly what happened at
round eight of the Monster Energy AMA
Supercross Championship in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The infield of the Daytona International Speedway
is normally the toughest track of the year, but this
go-around proved to be even nastier. A rutted race
surface took no prisoners and delivered a close
night of racing as the series hovers over the halfway
mark. Even with the rough conditions, Jett Lawrence
claimed his third win of the season, while Tom Vialle
earned his first-ever 250SX career victory.
