there, it was smooth sailing for
the French rider as he clinched
his first ever AMA Supercross
win. This victory catapults him
up to fourth in points, just three
shy of the overall lead.
"It was nice to grab the win
after having my first podium
last week and now my first
victory here in Daytona," said
Vialle. "The track was tough, but
I actually feel good. I got much
better on the Supercross track
[compared to last year]. This

250SX EAST
The 250SX East division is still
anyone's race, and Daytona
proved unpredictable once
again as Tom Vialle came away
with the main-event win. Vialle
built on his Arlington podium
and used his experience as a
two-time MX2 World Champion
to thrive in the rough conditions
of Daytona. The KTM rider ran a
close second before overtaking
the lead after Cameron McA

especially
the one on Kenny, but
I just didn't ride too great at the
beginning of the race and lost a
lot of time."
Justin Cooper and Malcolm
Stewart took their best finishes
of the season, going sixth and
seventh, respectively.
"I got a good start and then
got shuffled around a bit the
first couple of turns," Cooper
said. "We followed Cooper
[Webb] through the pack, made
a run for the top five, and almost
got it. That would have been
nice. I tried everything and threw
everything at it but came up a
little short."
