Strang To Ride A Sherco L ong-time GNCC racer Josh Strang says he is organizing his own race program and will compete on a Sherco four-stroke in the 2024 Championship. Stang says he will receive full support from the French factory. "This deal has been a long time in the mak - ing, but it's very exciting seeing everything come together like we have all been working for," Strang said. "I wanted to find support and sponsors that actually wanted to be involved. These are the companies that have stepped up and the companies that, when I approached them with an idea, there was no hesitation in wanting to help. This is going to be fun! "The Sherco SEF 450 is a bike that people should not sleep on," he added. "It already has proven results in American East Coast racing. I have put in a lot of time and feel very comfort - able on it, so I'm excited to get racing." PHOTO: TYLER SHEPARDSON Moto Guzzi Introduces New Roadster T he special edition Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Ten roadster will be unveiled in a brand-new version at the upcoming Verona Mo- tor Bike Expo in celebration of the 10 years of the Moto Guzzi Proud Owners Club. Moto Guzzi says, "The Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Ten expresses the vitality of the Guzzisti com - munity through a new sport- inspired outfit. A black-and-white checkered stripe with a red border runs across the upper part of the fuel tank, perfectly blending with the black-painted surface, while the fuel tank is characterized by a glossy pastel- white color scheme, contrasting with the black side panels. "The V7 Stone Ten's sporty nature is emphasized by the red rear shock-absorber springs and by the contrast - ing red stitching on the seat, unique to this one-of-a-kind model. The unmistakable eagles on the sides of the fuel tank are also red, as are the words 'Moto Guzzi' on the channel of both wheel rims. A plate on the handlebar riser identifies it as the special edition. "The equipment package in - cludes bar-end rear-view mirrors, which give the Stone Ten a more sleek and dynamic profile, as well as the billet black anodized- aluminum fuel cap. This custom - ized look extends to the Moto Guzzi 850 twin-cylinder, with the head covers in an elegant graph- ite color and throttle body covers in black anodized aluminum." The new Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Ten will be available in the Moto Guzzi dealer network from April of 2024 at a price of $9990 in the U.S. CN Moto Guzzi unveiled its special edition V7 Stone Ten roadster, which will be available in April for $9999.
